A hypnotherapy session is a gentle, calming experience where you remain fully in control at all times. You’ll be guided into a deeply relaxed state, much like daydreaming, where your mind can focus more easily on positive suggestions and insights. It’s a safe, comfortable space where your well-being is the top priority, and many people find the process both soothing and empowering. You won’t be made to do or say anything you don’t want to; instead, you’ll be supported to explore your thoughts and goals at your own pace, in a safe and gentle way.

Mission

At Hypnotherapy Barn, my mission is to help people of all ages move forward with confidence by combining traditional hypnotherapy with the gentle support of nature. I create a calm, welcoming space where clients feel comfortable exploring their goals, building on their strengths, and finding practical ways to improve their well-being.

Using a solution-focused approach, I integrate mindfulness and therapeutic techniques to support each person’s journey toward greater clarity, resilience, and personal growth. Every session is grounded in compassion, connection, and a belief in your ability to create positive change.

Inspiration
"When I adopted two donkeys Billy and Ben in 2019, I truly discovered the feeling of being in the moment and being mindful. Spending time with them allowed my mind to slow down, helping me to relax and feel grounded in the present. Their gentle nature and playful spirit taught me to appreciate the simple joys in life, creating a deeper connection to my surroundings. It was this feeling that lead to me to studying hypnotherapy and learning how to help other people to relax and understand what they are capable of achieving"
